Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

All listed prices are fixed unless add-ons are selected or custom arrangements are made.

Accepted payment methods are available via our online checkout platform.
Cancellations

Cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment: full refund

Cancel between 2-12 hours before: 50% refund
-
Cancel under 2 hours before or no-show: no refund
Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment is not permitted.

Emergency rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Add-ons

Select services, such as Residential and Airbnb Turnover Cleaning, allow for optional add-ons.

These must be chosen during booking or communicated in advance.

Pet Walking & Sitting

Rate includes one pet; service is available for dogs and cats only.

Please disclose if your pet weighs over 75 lbs or shows aggressive behavior, or requires special handling.

Include any care instructions, harness/leash requirements, or specific handling notes.

Additional pets or special handling may incur an adjusted rate or require pre-approval.

Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

Ensure accurate guest check-in/check-out times are provided.

Note any missing linens, damages, or special requests ahead of time to avoid delays.
Commercial Cleaning

Commercial services are subject to custom terms, pricing, and service agreements.
