Booking Policy

​General Booking Policy

​

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • All listed prices are fixed unless add-ons are selected or custom arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payment methods are available via our online checkout platform.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment: full refund

  • Cancel between 2-12 hours before: 50% refund

  • Cancel under 2 hours before or no-show: no refund

 

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment.

  • Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment is not permitted.

  • Emergency rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Add-ons

  • Select services, such as Residential and Airbnb Turnover Cleaning, allow for optional add-ons.

  • These must be chosen during booking or communicated in advance.

Service-Specific Conditions

 

Pet Walking & Sitting

  • Rate includes one pet; service is available for dogs and cats only.

  • Please disclose if your pet weighs over 75 lbs or shows aggressive behavior, or requires special handling.

  • Include any care instructions, harness/leash requirements, or specific handling notes.

  • Additional pets or special handling may incur an adjusted rate or require pre-approval.

Service coverage (for clarity):

  • Walking

  • In-home sitting/companionship (short-term)

  • Feeding and water

  • Transport to groomer or vet (on request)

Pet sizes (for clarity):

  • Small: under 20 lbs

  • Medium: 20–50 lbs

  • Large: over 50 lbs

 

Elderly Sitting

  • This service offers non-medical supervision and companionship only.

  • We are not certified to administer medication or provide mobility/lifting support.

  • Please include any important care details, such as allergies, mobility needs, or daily routines.

 

Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

  • Ensure accurate guest check-in/check-out times are provided.

  • Note any missing linens, damages, or special requests ahead of time to avoid delays.

 

Commercial Cleaning

  • Commercial services are subject to custom terms, pricing, and service agreements.

  • Please complete our Commercial Inquiry Form or email us directly to request a quote.

 

Post-Construction Cleaning

  • Clients must ensure the area is safe and accessible for our team.

  • Large debris, hazardous materials, or bulk disposal must be quoted separately in advance.

  • This service is considered part of our commercial offerings.
