Booking and Payment

Bookings may be made online or by contacting us directly
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
Quotes for specialized services will be provided upon request

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Please review our policy below:
Cancel 24+ hours in advance: full refund
Cancel 12–24 hours in advance: 50% refund
Cancel under 12 hours or no-show: no refund
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment
Emergency rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of Liability

Elite Janitorial Shine is not liable for:

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unsafe environments
Loss or damage due to client negligence or non-disclosure We carry liability insurance and conduct services with professionalism and care.
